Raymond Merriman is the President of The Merriman Market Analyst, Inc. and founder of the Merriman Market Timing Academy. He is also a professional astrologer, having passed the AFA Professional Exam in 1972. He received the Regulus Award for “Enhancing Astrology’s Image as a Profession” (UAC 1995) and the Regulus “Lifetime Achievement Award” (UAC 2012). Merriman is the author of several books on Financial Market Timing, including the 5-volume series on The Ultimate Book on Stock Market Timing”(1997-2017) and The Gold Book: Geocosmic Correlations to Gold Price Cycles (1982), the first empirical study on planetary cycles related to market cycles.
