Refund Policy

Digital Goods

There are no refunds for Digital purchases (e.g. eBooks, PDFs, pre-recorded workshops). For inquiries or problems, contact info@keplercollege.org

Live Workshops

For single session workshops, refunds can be requested for live workshops up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the live start date. A $5 processing fee will be charged

For multi-week workshops, requests to cancel can be submitted after attending the first week and twenty-four (24) hours prior to the second workshop. A $20 processing fee will be charged.

Courses

A one time, non-refundable registration fee of $40 is required for all students.

Refunds are available up through the first week of the course. A processing fee of $20 will be charged for each course cancellation that is processed. After the first week, a store credit will be provided. Refund requests based on non-attendance or unawareness of refund procedures will not be processed.

Courses must be completed for the term of registration. If the student is unable to meet those obligations, contact registrar@keplercollege.org. Each request will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Note: The no refund policy stands and Kepler College reserves the right to deny any extension request as per the standard refund and cancellation policy as stated in this document.

Cancellation

On occasion, enrollment is not sufficient to offer a course that was scheduled to take place in a particular term, or an instructor may have an emergency that prevents them from teaching a scheduled course.

If Kepler College cancels the course, students can apply tuition paid to another course in the same semester, request a store credit to apply on a future course, or request a full refund.

Refund requests for a canceled course received after 30 days notice will incur a $20 processing fee. If no correspondence is received from students regarding a canceled course, a store credit will be issued, less a $20 processing fee.

Store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date issued. If an extension is needed, contact info@keplercollege.org
