By the end of this course, students will have a practical foundation for incorporating psychological insight and planetary symbolism into their AstroMapping work.
They will understand how to recognize healthy and shadowed planetary patterns, apply core chart techniques for relocation analysis, and engage in ethical, client-centered conversations about location choices.
Through guided practice and reflection, students will also develop greater self-awareness to support clear, confident, and responsible client work. This course provides essential tools for astrologers who want to approach relocation, Local Space, Astro*Carto*Graphy, and place-based work with technical skill and psychological awareness.
Weekly Topics:
Week 1: The Psychology of Moving
This week introduces the symbolic relationship between the planets and the psychological motivations behind location, relocation, and life transitions.
- Explore how planetary symbolism reflects human nature
- Examine common psychological factors behind moving
- Discuss mindset, stress, and client self-awareness
Week 2: Planetary Patterns and Psychological Insight
This week focuses on understanding the healthy and shadowed expressions of personal planets and how they relate to unconscious patterns.
- Identify shadowed planets in the natal chart
- Differentiate healthy versus shadowed planetary expressions
- Consider ethical boundaries in psychological client work
Week 3: Chart Analysis and Applied Techniques
This week applies planetary symbolism to AstroMapping charts and introduces core AstroMapping tools.
- Examine the natal chart and the concept of the natal promise
- Analyze shadowed planets in relocation contexts
- Practice core AstroMapping techniques with chart work
Week 4: Remediation and Practical Strategies
This week introduces practical techniques for working with planetary challenges and exploring how location choices may support personal growth.
- Explore remediation options for planetary challenges
- Apply Local Space design, relocation, and Remote Activation
- Discuss realistic expectations and client empowerment
Week 5: Client Work and Integration
This week emphasizes the importance of ethical client work, astrologer self-awareness, and cultural considerations in AstroMapping practice.
- Review effective client onboarding processes
- Reflect on the astrologer’s chart influences in consultation
- Lived experience and cultural awareness

Prerequisites:
Completion of Kepler College course AM100: AstroMapping for Beginners, or AM200: AstroMapping Core -Astrology of Mapping & Astro*Carto*Graphy
This course requires Low Intermediate Astrological Skill.
It is recommended that you have a strong foundation in astrology and predictive practices to take this course at this level.
