How to Start Your AstroMapping Business is a practical course designed for astrologers who want to build a professional AstroMapping practice. This three-week Master Class focuses on client-centered work, including onboarding, setting client goals, structuring sessions, pricing services, and creating effective follow-ups.

The course also emphasizes self-awareness, encouraging astrologers to analyze their own Local Space and Astro*Carto*Graphy charts to maintain objectivity and ethical standards in their work. This Master Class provides actionable tools to deliver services and grow your business confidently.

How to Start Your AstroMapping Business is a practical master class designed for astrologers who want to build a professional AstroMapping practice. This three-week course focuses on client-centered work, including onboarding, setting client goals, structuring sessions, pricing services, and creating effective follow-ups. Students will learn how to implement their AstroMapping knowledge in real-world client sessions while integrating remediation strategies for long-term success.

This course serves as the bridge between completing Kepler’s AstroMapping Certificate and working directly with clients. While the certificate program teaches AstroMapping techniques, this master class focuses on how to structure and run a sustainable AstroMapping practice. It is designed for students who have completed the certificate and are transitioning from coursework to client sessions, as well as professional astrologers who already offer AstroMapping services and want to refine their business approach.

Students should have a working knowledge of AstroMapping techniques and an open astrology practice or be in the process of launching their business.

A key benefit of this course is the confidence it provides in delivering AstroMapping services professionally. Many skilled astrologers experience imposter syndrome when introducing a new service, even with years of experience in other areas of astrology. This course helps students build that confidence by focusing on real-world business strategies, marketing, and ethical client engagement.

It also provides a peer network for discussion and support, ensuring that students have a space to ask questions and share experiences as they navigate this phase of their professional journey. Learning how to price, position, and deliver these services effectively saves time, prevents common business pitfalls, and enables students to create a structured and successful AstroMapping practice.

Weekly Topics and Objectives

Week 1: Foundations of an AstroMapping Business

  • Introduction to AstroMapping services and their unique value.
  • Branding and positioning your practice for clarity and appeal.
  • Designing and implementing an onboarding process, including creating a form that gathers key client information.
  • Exploring strategies for helping clients set clear and achievable goals.
  • Legal and ethical considerations in working with clients, including maintaining privacy and setting boundaries.

 

By the end of Week 1, students will understand how to position their AstroMapping services, create effective onboarding forms, and guide clients through goal-setting while adhering to professional standards.

 

Week 2: Client Work and Service Delivery

  • Structuring consultations to align with client goals, including pre-session preparation and session flow.
  • Determining the number of sessions based on the client’s needs and goals.
  • Setting prices for services and packages, balancing expertise, time, and value.
  • Exploring best practices for delivering consultations on Zoom and in person.
  • Addressing client challenges through effective communication and guidance.

 

By the end of Week 2, students will have the tools to structure productive consultations, set pricing strategies, and deliver sessions effectively across different platforms.

 

Week 3: Refining Your Practice and Follow-Up Strategies

  • Developing self-awareness through personal Local Space and AstroCartoGraphy analysis.
  • Recognizing and mitigating biases in client work to maintain objectivity.
  • Creating follow-up strategies for tracking client progress and maintaining relationships.
  • Guiding clients through remediation techniques to support long-term outcomes.
  • Professional development: expanding expertise, marketing services, and building a network.

 

By the end of Week 3, students will be equipped to evaluate their own practice for growth, design follow-up plans, and approach professional development and marketing with clarity and confidence.
