Kepler College is excited to sponsor an online Toastmasters group specifically for Astrologers. Kepler Astrologers Toastmasters (KAT)

  • KAT meets every Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time (US). You can attend as many meetings as your schedule will allow.
  • Place for Astrologers to practice their public speaking and hone their presentation skills
  • KAT dues are as follows
    • if this is your first Toastmasters club, there is a one-time registration fee of $20
    • Toastmasters International dues ($60) are paid every 6 months by March 31 and September 30.
    • KAT club collects $15 every 6 months for club fees
    • when you indicate that you would like to join, you will be invoiced for the registration fee, KAT club fees, and pro-rated Toastmasters International fees
    • after registration, you will be able to sign on to Toastmasters International and self-pay for your membership

Description

Kepler College is excited to sponsor an online Toastmasters group specifically for Astrologers. Here you can develop and hone your public speaking and leadership skills surrounded by people who speak the language of astrology. It’s not mandatory to present on the topic of astrology, but should you decide to use this group to develop an astrology presentation, you can be comfortable knowing that you’re surrounded by a supportive community.

Whether to help you feel more comfortable as an astrology lecture presenter/teacher or for personal and professional development, this Toastmasters group will help you to:

  • Practice for a formal presentation
  • Build self-confidence
  • Prepare a demo tape for speaker submission at a conference
  • Learn how to think on your feet
  • Develop leadership skills
  • Train yourself to speak clearly without those annoying umms and errs
  • Finesse your non-verbal communication skills
  • Respond to questions during a class or lecture with confidence and clarity
  • Expand your astrology network
