Steve Pincus began studying astrology in 1976. Focus on Uranian, Cosmobiology, and Symmetrical techniques began in 1979. Former San Francisco Bay Area NCGR Chapter President (1985-2015). Currently President Emeritus.

Steve combines contemporary methods with Uranian techniques, has locational astrology integration expertise (Jim Lewis certified AstroCartoGrapher, 1985), and an active private tutoring practice. He produces the 90° Star Dial System featuring Arlene Kramer’s unique design. He’s owner of Sun Recording Service, a four-decade archive of astrological teachings (https://stardialsunrecording.com).

Since 2019, Steve’s corresponded directly with Michael Feist, visited Feist in Hamburg twice, joined the Hamburg School, and lectured in Hamburg on Sieggrün’s contributions to the Uranian System.
Steve embodies two documented teaching chains: first, Alfred Witte → Hans Niggemann → Arlene Kramer/Gary Christen; and second, Alfred Witte → Ludwig Rudolph → Michael Feist. This dual lineage and active Hamburg School participation position Steve as a bridge between American and German Uranian traditions.

Publications include Uranian astrology articles in Uranian Society SIG E-Journal and Aspects Magazine. Unpublished work encompasses English translations of several articles by Witte, Sieggrün, and Feist.

Steve’s lectured locally and internationally for various astrology groups and conferences.
